Structural Design

Artwork Prepress
Your artwork is colour-separated, trapped, and prepared for print. We supply a proof — digital or printed — for sign-off.
Print & Finishing
Offset printing, lamination, foil stamping, and embossing are applied in sequence under strict quality control at every station.
Cylinder Assembly
Printed sheets are wound, bonded, capped, and fitted with the specified closure. Each unit is hand-inspected before packing.
Quality & Delivery
Final QC inspection, carton-packed and palletised to your warehouse — or direct to Amazon FBA, retail DC, or any global destination.
